Sabbath Assembly was an occult rock band, formed in 2010, based in TX and NYC. At its inception the group formed to play the hymns of the Process Church of the Final Judgment, an Apocalyptic religious sect from the late 60’s. Some of the most incredible black metal I've heard, both amazingly creative while surprisingly traditional. Normally I'm not a fan of putting acoustic songs in metal albums, but in this case they are just too beautiful to do without.
